Job Description: Certified Nissan Technician

We are seeking a skilled and highly competent Certified Nissan Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Nissan Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Nissan vehicles to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

1. Perform accurate and efficient diagnostics to identify issues with Nissan vehicles.
2. Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks on Nissan vehicles following manufacturer's guidelines.
3. Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using appropriate tools and equipment.
4. Utilize diagnostic equipment and computer-based systems to analyze vehicle performance.
5. Keep up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and attend training sessions as required.
6. Collaborate with service advisors and customers to explain and discuss vehicle concerns and proposed repairs.
7. Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and time required for completion.
8. Maintain detailed records of all services performed and ensure proper documentation.
9. Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines while working with hazardous materials and power tools.
10. Follow established guidelines for maintaining a clean and organized work area.
11. Assist other technicians with complex repairs and troubleshooting when necessary.
12. Uphold high professional standards and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
13. Meet productivity and efficiency goals set by the service manager.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Valid Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or Nissan certification is mandatory.
3. Proven experience working as a certified Nissan Technician or in a similar role.
4. Strong knowledge of Nissan vehicle technology, electronic systems, and diagnostic tools.
5. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
12. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
