Bertera Nissan is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Department Dispatcher & Sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service appointments, managing the flow of work in the service department, and assisting with sales inquiries and transactions.

Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Dispatching service technicians and managing their schedules to ensure efficient workflow

- Contacting customers via text, email, electronic service application & Phone to attain repair authorization

- Coordinating service appointments and providing exceptional customer service

- Assisting with sales inquiries, providing product information, and facilitating test drives

- Processing sales transactions and coordinating delivery of vehicles to customers

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all service and sales transactions

- Collaborating with the service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a service and sales role, excellent communication and strong organizational skills required, and a strong customer service orientation. Automotive industry experience is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 80K to 110K, as well as opportunities for advancement and professional development.
